SFTP that works like Terminal

AnyBucket runs the `ssh` that comes with macOS. Whatever works with `ssh user@host` in Terminal works here: your keys, your agent, your config, your jump hosts, your security keys.

    Your keys and config

Password, keys, agent and ~/.ssh/config with Host, IdentityFile and ProxyJump, as you set them up for Terminal.

  • 2

    Host keys checked

Every server's key is checked against your own ~/.ssh/known_hosts. A new or changed key asks you first.

  • 3

    Copies on the server

When the account has a shell, copies on the same server run there with cp, so nothing comes down to your Mac.

  • 4

    Passwords in your keychain

Passwords go to your login keychain, one item per bookmark.

Does it work with jump hosts?
Yes. Set ProxyJump in ~/.ssh/config as you would for Terminal, and connect to the host's name. See SSH keys and jump hosts.
Does it work with 1Password or a hardware key?
AnyBucket uses /usr/bin/ssh, so an SSH agent or a security key that works with ssh in Terminal works in AnyBucket too.
Which servers does it work with?
OpenSSH servers, with password, key and agent logins. See compatibility.
Can I edit a file on the server?
Press F4 to open it in any app. When you save, AnyBucket uploads the change.

Every feature in one app. $9.99, once.
