  • DigitalOcean Spaces
  • Google Cloud Storage

Mark what you need

Space marks a file and moves to the next one. Mark one file, ten, a whole folder, or everything that matches a pattern with +.

Press F5

The marked files copy to the other pane. F6 moves them instead. The queue takes it from there, so you can keep working.

It arrives, even server to server

From SFTP to S3, or one bucket to another, in one step, with nothing to download and re-upload by hand. When both panes are on the same server, the copy runs on the server itself.

Two panes, any two places

Each pane shows This Mac or any server, in as many tabs as you like. Tabs read Staging ⇄ Assets.

  • ⌘\One pane or two
  • ⇧⌘\Swap
  • ⌘TNew tab

Dual panes and tabs

Server to server, in one step

On the same server, the copy runs on the server itself. Between servers, it streams through a small spool on your Mac.

Every action has a key

The commander keys you already know: F5 copies, F6 moves, Space marks and ⇥ switches panes. Type a few letters to jump to a name. Every key is in the menus too.

Questions, answered

How much does it cost?
$9.99, once, with tax added at checkout where it applies. One license covers two Macs. There's no subscription and no account.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes, in your browser: the live demo is AnyBucket's own window with sample SFTP, S3 and WebDAV servers, and every key works. Nothing to install, and nothing touches a real server.
Which Macs does it run on?
Any Mac with macOS 15 or later. One universal app for Apple silicon and Intel, in light and dark appearance.
Which servers can it connect to?
SFTP, FTP, FTPS, WebDAV over HTTP and HTTPS, and Amazon S3 with S3-compatible stores: Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces, Google Cloud Storage, MinIO and any other by its endpoint.
Can it copy straight from one server to another?
Yes. Open one server in each pane, mark the files and press F5. On the same server, the copy runs on the server itself (S3 CopyObject, WebDAV COPY, cp over SSH). Between two servers, it streams through a small spool on your Mac, with nothing for you to clean up.
Does it use my SSH keys and config?
Yes. SFTP uses your ~/.ssh keys, your agent and your ~/.ssh/config, jump hosts included, and checks host keys against your own known_hosts, just like Terminal.
What happens if the connection drops?
The transfer retries on a fresh connection by itself. If you quit AnyBucket, the queue is saved and picks up where it left off at the next launch.
Can I use it without the mouse?
Completely. F5 copies, F6 moves, Space marks, ⇥ switches panes and ⌘K goes anywhere. Every action has a key and sits in the menus too. See all shortcuts.
Where are my passwords stored?
In your login keychain, one item per bookmark. Bookmarks, workspaces and the transfer queue stay in AnyBucket's own folder on your Mac.
Does anything leave my Mac?
Only what you send to your own servers. AnyBucket checks its license key with Polar, the store that sells it, and looks for a new version once a day, which you can turn off. See the privacy policy.
