# Transfers that finish

A dropped connection, a server restart, quitting the app: the queue picks up where it was. Every transfer from every tab lands in one place.

- **Retries by itself:** Transient failures retry on a fresh connection after 1, 3 and 8 seconds.
- **Survives a relaunch:** The queue is saved as it runs. Quit AnyBucket and interrupted transfers come back at the next launch.
- **Verified:** Checksums are verified wherever the protocol allows.
- **In your hands:** Pause, resume, retry or cancel each transfer. Anything that still fails waits under **Needs attention** with its error.

## Questions, answered

### Where do I see my transfers?

In the strip under the panes, in the Transfers window (⌥⌘T) and in the [menu bar](https://anybucket.app/features/menu-bar).

### Do transfers keep going when I close the window?

Yes. Closing the last window keeps AnyBucket running in the menu bar, and the queue carries on.

### A transfer stopped. What now?

Open the Transfers window (⌥⌘T): it waits under **Needs attention** with its error. Fix the cause and press **Retry**. See [troubleshooting](https://anybucket.app/support/troubleshooting#stopped-transfers).
